Sportal Media Group

Sportal Media Group uses an IAB standards confirming ad serving system (AdOcean, provided by Gemius) for advertising campaign management.

  • Maximal weight of creative file is 40 kB;
  • Acceptable files: JPG, PNG, HTML;
  • The landing page URL cannot be longer than 2000 characters;
  • All creatives must include the clickTag parameter to enable the ad server to track clicks:

  • The creative agency is always responsible for the proper implementation of the functions specified above. In case of SWF modification by Publisher is required, the creative agency has to send the FLA source and used fonts;
  • The submitted advertisement cannot overload the processor of a standard computer by 25% or more. A standard computer is assumed to have the following hardware and software components: Intel Celeron 1.7 GHz or AMD Duron 1.7 GHz processor with Flash Player 8 installed on the machine;
  • It is not permitted to cover creatives containing transparent areas with invisible clickable buttons – only parts of the creative that are visible to the user may redirect to the advertiser’s website (landing page) upon clicking;
  • Ad creatives or creative codes causing errors or warnings during an advertisement’s delivery will not be accepted;
  • If a creative utilizes more than one clickTag (‘multi-click’ creative), those clickTags should follow the following naming convention (pay special attention to the character case):

Landing URL 1 -> _root.clickTag1

Landing URL 2 -> _root.clickTag2, etc.
